Who we are

What we collect when you run a scan
When you scan a site on our website, or through an AI assistant connected to our MCP server, we store the address you asked about, the scan result (including the evidence we observed on that site's public pages and a short sample of its homepage HTML), the date, a shortened form of your IP address used for rate limiting, and the page or tool the request came from, such as the name of the AI assistant. We do not store the content of your conversation with any AI assistant; we only receive the website address it asked us to scan.
What we collect when you unlock a full report
To see every finding and the fix plan, you give us your name and work email, and optionally your company and phone number. We store these with the scan you unlocked, email you a copy of the report, and notify our team so we can follow up about our services.
The Monday rescan email
If you unlock a report, we rescan that website each Monday and email you what changed. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops it immediately.
How we use it
To run and show scans, prevent abuse, send the emails described above, improve the tool, and publish anonymised industry statistics. Published statistics never name a business or a person. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the tool for us: Railway (hosting and database) and Resend (email delivery). They process data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
The websites we scan
Our scanner, AgentReadyBot, reads public pages only, identifies itself on every request and obeys robots.txt. It never logs in, never submits forms and never places orders.
How long we keep it
We keep scans and report requests until you ask us to delete them, so reports keep working at their links. Email us, and we will delete your contact details and the scans tied to them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop all emails, by writing to info@sneeze.it. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
